ReadSoft signs e-invoicing deal

Global software solutions provider ReadSoft
has signed a $440,000 deal to automate the invoice processing of a
US Aerospace company.

The agreement, signed in the second quarter of
2011, aims to reduce the time consuming practice of processing
invoices manually. Under the new system, invoices arriving from
different locations and formats will be automatically captured and
collected. An automated workflow matches them to any purchase
order, which are then distributed and sent for approvals.
