Sacombank and JCB unveil co-branded credit card in Vietnam

Vietnamese lender Sacombank has teamed up with JCB International to launch the Sacombank JCB Ultimate Credit Card in Vietnam.

Users of the new card will obtain cashback for all transactions on the weekends. The offer will be valid for specific merchant categories including restaurant and supermarket, at 15% for overseas spending, 10% for domestic spending and 0.5% for weekday spending.

Cardholders will also get the benefit of receiving a special dish on dining at high-end Japanese restaurant merchants.

Moreover, Sacombank JCB Ultimate Credit Card users will gain access to travel insurance packages worldwide up to 10.5bn and will be allowed to use over 57 lounges in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, and Thailand free of charge.

At the same time, cardholders will be refunded 0.5% of all expenditures and food expenses as well as receive 24/7 global support for booking car rental, hotel, restaurant, golf in Japan via a free hotline.
