Scheels All Sports, a sporting goods retailer, and First Bankcard, a credit cards issuer and a division of First National Bank of Omaha, have introduced a new, elite version of the Scheels Visa card.

Dubbed the Scheels Premier Edition Visa card, the new offering will allow its highest spending Scheels card members to earn rewards at an accelerated rate.
The Premier Edition Visa card will offer qualifying cardholders five points per dollar spent at Scheels (5% back) and 1.5 points per dollar spent everywhere else (1.5% back), with no point caps or expiration dates.
Whenever card members reach 2,500 points, the points are redeemed in the form of a $25 Scheels gift card sent automatically.
To qualify for the Premier Edition card, existing Scheels Visa card members must spend $25,000 or more each calendar year.
