SBI Card, the card division of State Bank of India, has introduced the new Doctor’s SBI Card on Visa Signature platform in collaboration with Indian Medical Association (IMA).
SBI designed the exclusive credit card according to research and insights into the requirements and lifestyles of doctors.

The card provides various benefits such as insurance coverage on professional risks and liabilities, along with legal and defence cost coverage for any court settlements or awards.
In addition, rewards are offered for both local and international purchases of medical supplies and travel bookings with complimentary Priority Pass membership for free international airport lounge access.
The Visa platform further provides cardholders with various other services such as car rentals and hotel booking discounts, all-time concierge services and domestic airport lounge access.
SBI Card CEO and managing director Hardayal Prasad said: “India has the highest number of medical colleges and produces the maximum number of doctors annually, as compared to any other country.
