Wireless network operator T-Mobile US has unveiled a new mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) service, dubbed GoPoint, for small to medium businesses. This marks the company’s entry into mobile payments market.
The new solution eliminates the fees charged by mPOS providers by offering free same-day funding without software licensing fees.
GoPoint is intended to speed up cash flow and cut expenses for small businesses.
In addition, one GoPoint account provides up to 90 employees with tools, reporting and insights required for managing sales transactions, tracking inventory and obtaining analytics.
GoPoint also provides all-time live technical support.
T-Mobile for Business executive vice-president Mike Katz said: “T-Mobile is on a mission to eliminate pain points for consumers and businesses alike. Not surprisingly, paying fees on top of fees and waiting days for their hard-earned money is a big pain point, particularly for small businesses.
