Tinkoff is rolling out the Tinkoff fuel station mobile app enabling customers to pay for petrol from a smartphone. The Tinkoff fuel station app allows customers to pay for fuel at BP outlets in Moscow and Smolensk regions.
The Tinkoff fuel station mobile app is available on iOS and Android. To register in the app customers need to specify their mobile phone number and details of their Tinkoff bank card. When paying through the app, members of the BP Club loyalty programme will be able to accumulate points. Moreover, the Tinkoff fuel station app will offer users the nearest BP gas station.
Tinkoff says that using the app will be faster than paying a cashier.
For refuelling, the user needs to warn the refuelling operator that payment will be made through Tinkoff app. Customers then scan the QR code located on the desired column.
When the refuelling is over, the driver is sent a receipt via SMS or Viber immediately after payment.
“The Tinkoff Gas Station application is a new step in the development of the Tinkoff ecosystem. We are especially pleased that we are launching it as part of integration with the BP gas station network.
