Total Uganda has joined forces with Stanbic Bank Uganda to enable users of its prepaid fuel cards top-up at Stanbic agents.
The tie-up will offer the cardholders access to the country’s more than 1,500 Stanbic Agents.
Going forward, Total cardholders will be allowed to top-up through internet banking, USSD or mobile money.
The Total prepaid card can be used for car care services such as car wash, gas refills, and shopping from the Bonjour Shop, among others.
Commenting on the tie-up, Total Uganda managing director Obi IMEMBA said: “With products and services that are more digital, more responsible and closer to their requirements, we anticipate our customers’ needs to ensure that we remain their preferred partner.
“New trends require digitalisation of the customer experience, greater emphasis on product utility and increased energy efficiency. We are transforming our customers’ expectations and their relationship with energy.”
