Credit card processor TSYS has announced that its payment agreement with Missouri-based Commerce Bank is to be renewed and also extended to include new services.
The agreement includes processing for Commerce’s broad portfolio of consumer, commercial and retail credit cards, as well as its debit card portfolio and extends the partnership to allow TSYS to provide PIN debit services.
Carl Bradbury, Commerce Bank director of consumer card products, said: "We continue to enjoy the high level of customer service and flexibility that we’ve come to expect from TSYS to service our numerous platforms.
"We have seen significant growth in our cards portfolio throughout our relationship and look forward to continuing that trend over the course of this new extension.
Bill Pruett, president of North America services, TSYS, said: "Commerce Bank has been a valued client since the mid-1990s.
"It serves as affirmation when a long-time client not only extends their contract, but also continues to add to the scope of your relationship the longer they are with you."
