Columbia Bank has selected Vantiv, a US-based credit card processor, to offer its business customers with a full-suite of payments solutions.
Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Vantiv will support Columbia Bank’s network of branches in the northwestern US.
Vantiv’s merchant services programme will enable Columbia’s business customers to accept multiple electronic payment types such as debit, credit and gift cards across various channels, including at brick-and-mortar stores or in card not present including online and through mobile devices.
Vantiv said that its data-driven solution Vantiv iQ will provide Columbia Bank’s customers with access to a web-based reporting tool that offers business owners actionable insights to run their companies more efficiently and effectively.
