Vietnam-based VPBank Finance Company (VPB FC) has debuted new digital credit card delivery solution, MPlus+ Card, to improve customer experience.
The new solution has been developed to address the delay in delivery of an approved physical card, which currently takes around 15 days following the approval.

MPlus+ Card provides the card details to a customer’s registered mobile instantly upon approval, thereby facilitating online transactions.
VPB FC director of Credit Card Business Center Nimish Dwivedi said: “Our objective is to create unique solutions for unique problems.
“Today customers seek immediate gratification; hence MPlus+ Card, is a distinct digital card delivery solution that powers card usage even before they receive their physical card.”
MasterCard country manager Arn Vogels said: “We are very excited with the launch of the MPlus+ programme, the first digital delivery of a credit card in Vietnam.
“The key benefit is that consumers will be able to start making online purchases and enjoy MasterCard offers immediately, whilst the delivery of the card will take several days.”
In addition to credit cards, VPB FC offers various other consumer finance services such as personal and durable loans.
With about seven million customers, the company’s network includes 7,000 partners across 11,000 points-of-sale (POS) across the country.
