The collaboration is the latest step Viva.com has taken to support Europe’s hospitality sector, delivering a tailored end-to-end solution that includes cost-efficient payments from 40+ methods, support from booking through to checkout, and a range of features designed to cater to the needs of a multi-national clientele, including Dynamic Currency Conversion, Merchant Multicurrency, and Surcharge.

Via Oracle’s OPERA 5 On-Premise platform, hoteliers can benefit from Viva.com’s Tap on Any Device technology, enabling them to accept in-person payments on any existing device, from bookings to hotel reservations and ordering systems.

Through this integrated solution and the Viva.com services included, hotels can ensure they almost never lose a sale

By simply activating Viva.com’s Terminal app, that transforms any smart device into a card terminal, they can have multiple POS terminals available, without the need to purchase additional hardware.

Hoteliers can complete transactions anywhere within the establishment, from the pool to the restaurant. Guests can pay in their preferred currency with full exchange rate transparency, and they can use their preferred method of payment, including leading local payment options and Alternative Payment Methods (APM).
