Mobile payment service provider Wing has teamed up with the Foreign Trade Bank (FTB) of Cambodia to launch its first Visa prepaid card.
The prepaid card was originally set for launch in August 2013; however, it was delayed due to licensing issues with the banking regulator.

Wing CEO Anthony Perkins was quoted by the The Phnom Penh Post as saying, "That took a while to pull together, as we always saw a bigger relationship with FTB going forwards than just Visa cards."
The card can be used for online payments where Visa cards are accepted and users can withdraw the money and check their balance through Visa PLUS ATMs.
