Wirecard, a German financial services and technology company, has agreed to manage payment processing and risk management for Casando, Holz-Richter’s online shop.
As part of the agreement, Wirecard will integrate various types of payment solutions, including global payment processing for all common local and international payment methods, card acceptance, alternative payment methods, into the Europe-wide timber merchant’s online shop.

Furthermore, the Germany-based payments firm will add a comprehensive risk management facility which includes credit rating inquiries with dynamic credit limit control though Wirecard’s Trust Evaluation Suite.
Through its online shop, Holz-Richter provides an array of more than 100,000 different wooden floorings, doors, decking, garden furniture, barbecues, parasols, worktops and much more besides.
For Casando, Holz-Richter leverages Wirecard Checkout Seamless, which is an efficient, secure and PCI DSS-compliant payment solution for shops.
Through the interface, the timber retailer can accept all common payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, SEPA, SOFORT, eps payments, iDEAL, PayPal, prepayments and purchases on account.
