Alfa-Bank, Perekrestok, the supermarket chain operated by X5 Retail, and MasterCard have collaborated to roll out three new co-branded cards in Russia.
Dubbed MasterCard-Perekrestok-Alfa-Bank cards, the portfolio includes a reloadable card, a debit card and a credit card.
Featuring MasterCard’s contactless technology, all cards can be used for fast, simple and secure way to pay online.
Cardholders can earn points on all purchases that can be redeemed against goods at Perekrestok supermarkets (10 points equal to RUB1).
X5 Retail Group said a prepaid card will earn two points for every RUB10 spent at Perekrestok, and one point for every RUB10 spent elsewhere.
The prepaid cards can be recharged on Perekrestok's website, the My Perekrestok mobile app and at ATMs of Alfa-Bank and its partners.

Debit and credit cardholders can earn three points for every RUB10 spent at Perekrestok, and one point on debit cards and two points on credit card for every RUB10 spent elsewhere.
Additionally, the first shopping done using the card will be rewarded with an additional 2,000 (debit card) and 5,000 (credit cards) welcome points.
