Payments firm SpotOn Transact has teamed up with smart POS terminal manufacturer Poynt to launch a payment and marketing solution for SMBs.
The Smart Terminal of Poynt forms part of a connected commerce platform for merchants.
The integration with SpotOn’s omnichannel platform will enable businesses to manage a range of functions.
These include business analytics, appointment scheduling, web design, POS software as well as marketing initiatives.
Leveraging the technology, businesses can also manage customer reviews and loyalty programmes.
Through the alliance, loyalty, marketing and POS software is directly integrated into the terminal hardware.
