By GlobalDataAccording to local reports, Bharat InstaPay will enable BSNL channel partners in making digital payments. It eliminates the need to visit BSNL offices to conduct such payments digitalising the process.
Furthermore, the solution will help channel partners to buy new offerings in real time supporting their business growth.
Each of the channel partners will have a unique digital identification to carry out transactions. Additionally, the telecom operator has rolled out a one-time online verification process that will allow partners to do payment transactions without human intervention.
BSNL Board Director (CFA) Vivek Banzal was quoted as saying that the operator was continuously working to improve the business convenience to all its partners by enabling digital platforms thereby simplifying the business processes.
The Indian telecom operator allows its channel partners to offer telecom services in residential and commercial complexes on a revenue-sharing basis.
